Retrofit of Two Rocks town centre. Existing settlements at Two Rocks, Yanchep and St Andrews expand as residential demand increases. Work begins on the first 1000-home urban village near Yanchep and St Andrews. Third parties begin developing the first of the rural cluster communities. 1000 permanent jobs in place by 2004.

2012

Marmion Avenue extension completed. Two southern district shopping centres to be built. City centre takes shape, including a regional sports complex.

First stages of main hospital and university. Mitchell Freeway and northern suburbs railway extended. Second marina along the coastal strip. 2000 new homes a year.

2030

City centre complete. Northern urban villages in place. Third marina along the coastal strip. Hospital and university continue to expand 50,000 - 60,000 jobs in place. Population of 150,000 in 55,000 homes.
