The St Andrews project is on the verge of an exciting new phase.

The District Structure Plan (DSP) for this community was approved at the City’s Council meeting on Tuesday, August 7.

The Council will now set an advertising period to invite public comment.

At full ‘build out’ St Andrews will accommodate approximately 66,000 dwellings and around 155,000 people, making it the largest single project of its type in the country.

The project also has the potential to accommodate up to 55,000 new jobs, which will increase the employment self-sufficiency level in the north-west metropolitan corridor.
